I'm well aware that summer was a while ago now but this poster for The Partners'  summer party is super smart. It is also quite the accurate reflection of the British weather for most of the year, regardless of season.

This billboard for Berger Paints is very clever - the board is actually a cut-out, so the "paint strokes" show through to the sky behind. I somehow doubt this ad would work as successfully in the UK though...the default sky colour here couldn't really be described as blue.

UniRoyal used the Nauga mascot during the 1960s to advertise their naugahyde products. The campaign, created by George Lois and Kurt Weihs, humourously suggested that naugahyde came from the hide of an animal known as a Nauga, which was shed annually to create the leather-like furniture material.

Based on the drawings of two famous Polish illustrators, the Krzywy Domek ('Crooked House') is a shopping centre in Sopot, Poland.
